Oncle Fabi,

In my younger years I tended to consider my body as a mere vehicle, a meat machine necessary to move my incredible mind and sensory organs from place to place.

As the years advance, it becomes more and more apparent that this meat machine requires maintenance (or as the hoi pollloi put it 'excercise') to avoid long periods of convalescence.

What would be your recommendation for the reluctant excerciser? Pilates? Yoga? Rock Climbing? Parlour Parkour?

All the best,

Luke

To do list, or to doodle? That is my question.

Oncle Fabi, you’re clearly a strong and virile cat (?) in the very prime of your life. But do you ever think ahead and feel a frisson of fear at the thought of old age and death? What would be your advice for facing the inevitable with whiskers held high?

Oncle Fabi, please help. We have an extremely bad dog who spends all her time plotting ways to cavort about causing trouble. I know that she is actuated by an excess of sportive energy but she is so unreliable that we are now unable to let her off the lead- or indeed spend any time outside unsupervised. We are locked in a vicious cycle where every attempt to expend her restless energy necessitates a further circumscription of her freedoms and thus her desire to escape only grows. Where will it end Oncle Fabi?

Please help
