An old Oddleigh story

I’ve been going through my old Oddleigh comics and came across this one, which I don’t think I ever posted - I see I made it in 2016. It never quite fit with the others, as there’s no mystery in it, but I enjoyed re-reading its plant puns and so I hope someone may enjoy!

I think originally the gardener Al was a serious weird-plant-breeding baddie who bashed Jessie on the head and tried to feed her to a carnivorous plant, but I must’ve been in a soppy mood, as look what happened instead. Absolute whimsy! ❤️
